This page explains what Karise Photo collects when you visit this site or ask for a consultation, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

Only what you type. If you send the consultation form, we receive the name, phone number, email address and message you wrote. We do not ask for anything else, and there is no account to create.

Why we collect it

To answer you. A consultation request is a conversation you started, and the only use we make of your details is continuing it. We do not sell them, rent them or trade them, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets one cookie, and only when you choose a language: it remembers that choice so you are not sent back to English on every visit. There is no advertising pixel and no cross site tracking on this site today. If that changes, this page changes with it, before the change goes live.

Where your message goes

Consultation requests are delivered by email to the studio and are read by Cristiane and Ingridi. The site itself keeps no database of visitors.

Your rights

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know, to delete, to correct and to opt out of sale or sharing; we do not sell or share personal information, and we will honour a request either way. If you are in New York, the SHIELD Act obliges us to protect what we hold, which we do by keeping it to the minimum and out of any system that does not need it.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.

Asking us anything

Write to hello@karisephoto.com. A person answers, usually within a few days.

This site is published in English, Portuguese and Spanish. The English version is the one that governs; the others are provided for convenience.

The operating entity behind Karise Photo is still being confirmed with the studio. Until it is, this document names the studio itself.
