A plain account of how a consultation request is handled, from the moment you press Send.
The path a message takes
Your message is posted to this site's own server, which passes it to an email delivery service and then discards it. The site keeps no copy. The email arrives in the studio's inbox, where it stays as long as the conversation is useful.
Who can see it
Cristiane and Ingridi Viruel. No one else has access, and the message is not shared with any third party beyond the delivery service that carries it.
Who processes it for us
The site is hosted by Vercel and email is delivered by Resend. Both are service providers acting on our instructions, and neither is permitted to use your message for its own purposes.
How long we keep it
A request that becomes a session stays with the studio's records for that work. A request that does not is deleted once the conversation ends. You can ask for deletion at any time and we will do it.
Security
The connection is encrypted end to end, and we deliberately hold as little as possible: the less that exists, the less there is to lose.
Asking for a copy or a deletion
Write to hello@karisephoto.com and say what you want. We do not require you to prove anything beyond being able to receive mail at the address that wrote to us.
This site is published in English, Portuguese and Spanish. The English version is the one that governs; the others are provided for convenience.
The operating entity behind Karise Photo is still being confirmed with the studio. Until it is, this document names the studio itself.
