The short version: the photographs on this site are the work of Karise Photo, and this page is a portfolio, not a contract for a session.
The photographs
Every image here was made by Karise Photo and is protected by copyright. You are welcome to look, to share a link, and to write about the work. You may not copy, reproduce, crop, edit, train a model on, or use these photographs commercially without written permission.
What this site is
A portfolio and a way to start a conversation. Sending the consultation form does not book a session and does not create an obligation on either side. The terms of an actual session, including delivery, usage and payment, are agreed separately and in writing before anything is photographed.
Accuracy
We keep this site current, but a portfolio is by nature a selection. Nothing here is a promise that a specific result will be reproduced in your session.
Links out
Where this site links elsewhere, that other site has its own rules and we are not responsible for what it does.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Georgia, United States.
This site is published in English, Portuguese and Spanish. The English version is the one that governs; the others are provided for convenience.
The operating entity behind Karise Photo is still being confirmed with the studio. Until it is, this document names the studio itself.
